| COURSE The 2 mile run course will take competitors out and back for 1 mile underneath the shaded canopies of Fountainebleau State Park. The 10 mile bike course will then take competitors out of the park to the Tammany Trace. Following the Trace to Soult, competitors will then head North to Hwy. 1088. Following 1088, competitors will then U-turn and head back to the park. Following the bike, competitors will repeat their first 2-mile run course. |
| THE DONNIE JR.
DU The Donnie Jr. Du will follow immediately upon the completion of the Donnie Du. This event, geared for the younger set, will include a 1/2 mile run, 5k bike, 1/2 mile run. Ages open to competition are 7 - 14, with awards for the top three males and females in each age group. |
| AWARDS Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following categories: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+, Clydesdale & Lady Clydesdale. |

PICK-UP Registration for the Du Donnie Du / The Donnie Jr. will take place on Saturday from 12 noon - 5 p.m. Registration and packet pick-up will open at 6:15 a.m. on Sunday morning until 7:45 a.m. |
