COURSE
The 2 mile run course will take competitors out and back for 1 mile underneath the shaded canopies of Fountainebleau State Park. The 10 mile bike course will then take competitors out of the park to the Tammany Trace. Following the Trace to Soult, competitors will then head North to Hwy. 1088. Following 1088, competitors will then U-turn and head back to the park. Following the bike, competitors will repeat their first 2-mile run course.

THE DONNIE JR. DU
The Donnie Jr. Du will follow immediately upon the completion of the Donnie Du. This event, geared for the younger set, will include a 1/2 mile run, 5k bike, 1/2 mile run. Ages open to competition are 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14, with awards for the top three males and females in each age group.

AWARDS
Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following categories: Overall, 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+, Clydesdale (Men 200 lbs +) & Lady Clydesdale (Women 150 lbs +).

REGISTRATION / PACKET PICK-UP
Registration and packet pick-up for the Du Donnie Du / The Donnie Jr. will take place on Saturday March 12 from 12 noon - 5 p.m. and Sunday March 13 from 6:15 am until 7:45 a.m. at Fountainebleau State Park - East Pavillion. A $10 late fee applies after March 6th.


WHAT INSPIRES YOU - not solely on the bike, but off the bike, too? Who is it that you see, read about or hear of that makes you want to change something about yourself or puts a lump in your throat? It can be difficult to find inspiration. This city can leave you a little jaded. Seeing the massive amounts of young people in and around here that care so little about bettering themselves is disheartening.
